Sending of Physical Models
For the withdrawal of the models and the delivery of its products, the Dental Team relies both to its own internal courier services and to companies specialized in the shipping sector (DHL, SDA).
Once the first contact was made with the administration and the registration in the Dental Team network was received, the request to withdraw the Models can be madeboth by phone and by e-mail.

Manufacturing of the Models, imprints and accessories
Dental Team will take responsibility for withdrawals and deliveries with its own courier service within a radius of approximately 100km from the main laboratory premises, ensuring attention and care in transportation.
Beyond these distances, deliveries and withdrawals will be consigned to external professional companies in the sector whose operation is however beyond the control of the Dental Team.
For these reasons, and to avoid any damage to the models, once compiled and signed the authorization receipt of the product that will accompany it, we recommend to protect the models with care in the boxes, providing where it is possible an appropriate packaging.
